Terms of service

These terms govern use of Astra (astra.ecosapienz.com), a service of EcoSapienz, India. By creating an organisation or accepting an invitation you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

Astra helps businesses capture orders, follow up payments, produce documents and get daily summaries with the help of AI agents. Agents draft and act only within the approval policy you configure. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving actions that affect your customers, money, stock or tax filings.

Accounts and roles

Owners and admins control who can access the organisation and what they may approve. Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for actions taken by members you invite.

Your data

You own the data you bring into Astra. You grant EcoSapienz the right to process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use customer and staff data in this way, including sending them messages.

Accuracy and compliance

AI output can be wrong. Astra shows confidence, sources and a review step, but you must check documents, GST computations, e-way bills and filings before relying on them. Astra is not a substitute for a chartered accountant or legal advice, and does not itself file returns or move money.

Plans and payment

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed per organisation, per year, in Indian rupees, excluding GST. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with 30 days notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Astra to send spam, to harass, to break the law, or to attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and support

We aim for 99.5 percent monthly availability. AI features depend on model availability and may degrade to deterministic behaviour. Support is by email at s.s@ecosapienz.com.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EcoSapienz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Astra and delete your organisation at any time. We may end the service with 60 days notice and will give you a way to export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
